Tests whether the childSelector node is a child of the parentSelector node.
A node-tuple satisfies the constraint only if:
$childSelectorNode->getParent()->isSame($parentSelectorNode)would return true, where $childSelectorNode is the node for childSelector and $parentSelectorNode is the node for parentSelector.
